The Rules

Iperbole Wireless experimental service users are not allowed to:

gain unauthorized access to the network resources;
interfere with the standard web service or reduce or impede other customers’ access to resources;
modify any data and information stored on other PCs;
violate the privacy of other users;
set up or get unauthorized information transfer (software, databases, etc.);
enable illegal peer to peer sessions;
violate the legislation in force;
violate any regulations concerning IT and communication-related crime;
violate the copyright and privacy laws;
sell the connectivity to a third party, or make any business use of the service;
visit Internet pages whose contents could be offensive or not compatible with the public aims of the Iperbole/Internet Service (eg. pornographic and erotic web sites, etc.);

The user undertakes:

to strictly keep his/her login I.D. and password and do not disclose to other persons;
to free Bologna Municipality, Telecomitalia s.p.a from any responsibility regarding content, quality and reliability of any information found on the web;
not to disturb or cause damage to other Internet users by sending commercial emails, advertising, emails with disputable content (i.e. chain letters), or unrequested information.
not to send spam;
to be totally responsible for the content of sent e-mails;
to take responsibility for any use of the Iperbole Wireless Internet Service;

Also please note that:

purchase and configuration of the technical tools to access the service are borne by the user
the service does not include technical support to configure the users' devices.
the service does not allow the use of electric sources of the Bologna Municipality to power or recharge the battery of your electronic device.

Bologna Municipality will not be held responsible for any events and consequences involving the user - or any other person - during or after the use of the Internet through the Iperbole Internet Service.
