The user of Hot Spot WiFi Iperbole URP undertakes to use it respecting the laws currently in force and the public aims of this service.
The user has to guard carefully the access codes issued for the service, and is responsible for any misuse of them. Moreover the user agrees not to give his/her personal code to anyone.
The user is not allowed to connect to the plugs of the Sportello Iperbole/URP to use the service and charge laptop battery.
THE USER undertakes:- Not to disturb or damage other Internet users by sending commercial emails, advertising, emails about incorrect practices/themes (i.e. chain letters), or not requested information.
- Not to spam.
- To be totally responsible for the e-mails he/she sends.
- To accept the laws of copyright and privacy, as well as any other regulation about telematic crimes.
- Not to visit Internet pages whose contents could be offensive or not compatible with the public aims of the Iperbole/Internet Service (eg. pornographic and erotic web sites, etc).
- To agree that the Service is not responsible for quality and truthfulness of any information found in the web sites.
- To free the Bologna Municipality from any responsibility for unpleasant events involving the user - or any other person - during or after the use of Internet at the Iperbole Internet Service.
- To be responsible for any use of the Iperbole Internet Service.
