Orchestra Primavera is a cultural association composed by 11-15 year old students of the Schools of Musics of Bologna area. At present it consist of about 60 members.
Its repertoire covers different periods of the history of Music, ranging from baroque (Haendel) to classics (Beethoven, Mozart); from romantics (Brahms and Dvorak) up to Bartòk, Prokofiev, Gershwin, Piazzolla and Mancini. Conductors of the Orchestra are Emanuela Piccini (strings), Cristina Bertoli (woodwinds) e Giuliana Fugazzotto (piano and percussions).
Lessons, free of charge, are held every other Friday, from 15.45 to 17.45 at the Auditorium of Scuola Media "Gianni Rodari" in San Lazzaro di Savena.
