Three museums are included under the name of Musei Civici d'Arte Antica: the Museo Civico Medievale (Civic Museum of the Middle Ages) in Palazzo Ghisilardi, the Collezioni Comunali d'Arte (Municipal Art Collection) in Palazzo Comunale, the Museo Davia Bargellini (Davia Bargellini Museum) in Palazzo Davia Bargellini, and Madonna del Monte (Villa Aldini).
Palazzo Ghisilardi is home to the organization's headquarters. Facilities there include a room for educational activities, an exhibition area that hosts periodic temporary exhibts related to local history, and a well-equipped workshop where objects from our museums - and, when necessary, objects from other collection - are restored.
The research library at Palazzo Ghisilardi Fava holds more than ten thousand volumes, including those from the Cesare Gnudi Collection.
